Ocelot Pride Midrange wants to flood the board with triggered token generation (Ocelot Pride, Ajani, Guide of Souls), so Surgical Extraction is excellent at exiling a key copy out of hand/library/graveyard to blunt their engine, and Ratchet Bomb can wipe their swarm of 1/1 and 2/1 tokens at the zero or one counter mark. Consign to Memory counters the triggered abilities off Ocelot Pride, Guide of Souls, and Ajani's transform/flip trigger, which is uniquely valuable since normal counterspells can't touch triggered abilities. We trim Mishra's Bauble and one copy of Flow State since cantrip-chaining is exactly what feeds Orcish Bowmasters-style punishment (though Bowmasters isn't in their listed maindeck, the deck still wants fewer low-impact cantrips against a grindy board-based opponent), and cut Spell Pierce and Into the Flood Maw since bounce and tax effects are weak against a deck that rebuilds board presence easily and plays around 2 mana easily. Keep the full core engine of Dragon's Rage Channeler, Murktide Regent, Lightning Bolt, Force of Will, Brainstorm, and Ponder intact, as they remain the primary clock and disruption against this grindy matchup.
