Jeskai Energy shares Boros Energy's reliance on triggered abilities from Guide of Souls, Ocelot Pride, Ragavan, Ajani and Solitude, making Consign to Memory valuable for countering those triggers. Their main deck has no colorless spells, and Quantum Riddler is a blue creature, so Consign to Memory will not hit it as a spell. Stern Scolding stays in because it hits nearly every creature they play: Ragavan (2/1), Guide of Souls (1/2), Ocelot Pride (1/1), Ajani (1/2), Voice of Victory (1/3), Solitude (3/2) and Starfield Shepherd (3/2). Only Quantum Riddler (4/6) dodges it. We trim Preordain, Into the Flood Maw, Stock Up and a Force of Negation to make room, since their deck is creature-heavy and Force of Negation can't counter creature spells. We add Spell Snare, which answers Thraben Charm and other 2-mana value spells. Solitude's evoke cost means it can come down without paying mana, so our counterspells need to be ready at instant speed to stop it from eating a key creature if we ever play one. Keep the combo plan intact and race before their aggressive energy curve overwhelms us.
