Rakdos Delirium runs several colorless artifacts (Mishra's Bauble, Nihil Spellbomb) and relies on graveyard synergies (Nethergoyf, Street Wraith cycling, Moonshadow) rather than big bodies, so Consign to Memory picks off their colorless spells and its replicate mode helps against their low curve of cheap interaction. Stern Scolding whiffs on Nethergoyf and Moonshadow once they grow, and their creature suite skews too big or too cheap-but-resilient for it to be reliable. Tormod's Crypt disrupts Nethergoyf's escape and Street Wraith's graveyard presence, denying delirium fuel and escape fodder. Keep your countermagic suite focused on protecting your combo from their discard (Thoughtseize) and removal rather than overcommitting to narrow answers.
