Surgical Extraction can strip a Psychic Frog or Orcish Bowmasters once it is in the graveyard, limiting their card-advantage engines. Wear/Tear's enchantment mode is mostly dead here but its artifact-destruction side is low-impact too, so this swap should be reconsidered—more useful is simply pressuring with our low curve; keep Wear/Tear in as flexible interaction against sideboarded Engineered Explosives-style answers, but the real plan is protecting our threats since they have Force of Negation, Counterspell, and Spell Snare. Blood Moon is weak against their heavy Island/Polluted Delta/basic-Swamp manabase, providing limited disruption while doing nothing to stop countermagic. Static Prison trims by one since exile effects can be Consign to Memory'd or countered, making it less reliable against a deck full of interaction.
