Neobrand is a combo deck relying on colorless-costed enablers and can combo off in a single turn, so Consign to Memory is a strong tool, its Replicate mode lets it counter multiple colorless spells across a turn, though it will not stop their green or blue spells like Neoform or Summoner's Pact directly. Mystical Dispute is cheap protection and can stop their own Mystical Dispute or blue interaction. Quantum Riddler is too slow and does nothing to disrupt a combo deck that can win out of nowhere, so it comes out for more relevant interaction. Thoughtseize remains our best card here, stripping a key combo piece before they can assemble the full chain.
