Silence protects our storm turn from Galvanic Discharge and Thraben Charm by shutting off their interaction window entirely. Wear // Tear's Tear half destroys Blood Moon, which would otherwise strand our ritual-heavy manabase, and the same Tear half can hit Goblin Bombardment. Boros is extremely aggressive and can close games fast with Ragavan and Ocelot Pride tokens, so trimming slower value pieces like Artist's Talent for proactive protection is correct. Valakut Awakening comes out some since it's a tempo-negative play against a deck this fast, though keep enough lands.
