Meddling Mage is a premier answer, naming Replenish to turn off the combo outright, or naming Attunement/Opalescence to slow the engine, so bring in all four copies. Annul counters artifact or enchantment spells, which lines up well against Opalescence, Parallax Wave, or Decree of Silence as they're cast, giving you a cheap, efficient answer to the combo pieces themselves. Wrath of God is weak here since the opponent's real threats are enchantments, not creatures, so cut both copies. Powder Keg only destroys artifacts and creatures, so it can't answer Opalescence or Parallax Wave on its own and has few good targets in this matchup. Cut both copies. Prohibit is the weakest counter here, so it comes out too. Phyrexian Furnace stays in: Attunement fills the opponent's graveyard with enchantments and Replenish brings them back, so a card that can exile cards from graveyards is a real disruption tool against the combo. Keep Disenchant to deal with Opalescence or Parallax Wave if they resolve, and hold countermagic for Replenish itself.
